The waste management process is complex and involves several operational and administrative steps, sometimes requiring the involvement of various stakeholders.
This is the focus of our ECOsan Division, which does more than just collect waste; it also assists customers with waste collection within their facilities.
We have extensive experience in the collection, transport, disposal, and recycling of medical waste from public hospitals, private hospitals and clinics, nursing homes and retirement homes, doctors, dentists, and veterinarians, as well as hair salons, beauty salons, and tattoo parlors.

Customers can have their profile registration and management handled through the RENTRI portal.
Adriatica Oli will handle all the requirements.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE:
The service relieves the company of all health and legal obligations associated with the disposal of special medical waste and is structured as follows:
Contract
After completing the forms sent via email, please proceed to sign the contract. One of our representatives will then deliver the ADR-approved containers.
Retreat Planning
Once the pickup schedule has been agreed upon, our staff will pick up the containers and deliver the new ones. Please contact your company representative by phone or email to discuss any specific needs or issues.
Supply of containers
An Adriatica Oli representative will deliver the following containers and explain how they work and how to manage the waste Cardboard container: for non-sharp and non-liquid waste. Small rigid plastic container (Agobox): for needles or sharp objects. Jugs: for liquid waste. The containers and the bags inside them must be sealed until specialized staff arrive to collect them.
Disposal
In accordance with legal requirements, operators issue the waste identification form (FIR). Once the bins have been collected, they ensure they are transported safely to authorized disposal facilities.
Consulting
Our corporate representatives, who are environmental professionals, offer support and specialized consulting services for the proper management of hazardous waste.
WASTE MANAGEMENT

Dispose of the waste listed above in the containers provided by Adriatica Oli. If using an Agobox, place it inside the cardboard container.

Close the bag without crushing the contents, and then seal the cardboard box as well.

Once the process is complete, write the type of waste on the permanent label.

Waste must be collected within 30 days of its generation.

Adriatica Oli complies with all environmental accounting requirements by issuing the first copy of the F.I.R. and sending the second copy via certified email (PEC) along with the receiving facility’s acknowledgment of receipt.
