Our Values

Security
Safety has always been a top priority for the company. For this reason, the Risk Assessment Document is prepared and regularly updated in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008, as amended.
To perform their jobs, all employees must possess specific knowledge and skills related to the tasks they are required to carry out both within and outside the company.
Workplace safety is an issue that concerns the entire company, starting at the top.
We are committed to keeping the spotlight on this critical issue by effectively communicating with and empowering all staff, including through regular training sessions designed to encourage and motivate compliance with safety regulations.

Code of Ethics and Self-Regulation
We expect all our employees and contractors to act in accordance with ethical principles and in compliance with all applicable laws, and in particular to strive to promote, implement, and ensure:
- The dignity of every person, both as a human being and as our employee;
- the promotion of the values of integrity, legality, honesty, and the recognition of merit and individual skills;
- a sense of belonging to the company, a spirit of service and friendliness;
- a sense of personal and professional responsibility;
- customer satisfaction, defined as the provision of products and services that meet customer expectations;
- compliance with laws and regulations regarding worker safety, hygiene, and health;
- moral independence from all political and economic powers;
- respect for the environment.
In particular, our relationships with suppliers and customers are governed by specific rules that must always exclude personal interests. For these reasons, our employees and contractors are not authorized to request, offer, accept, or promise, directly or indirectly, gifts or benefits of any kind in a professional capacity. Acts of commercial courtesy are permitted provided they do not compromise the integrity of employees and suppliers, the company’s reputation, or independent judgment. Anyone who receives gifts or benefits is required to inform the company.
Whistleblowing Procedure
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, we recognize and protect the right to report violations that employees and contractors become aware of in the workplace.
Reports should concern conduct, actions, or omissions that harm the public interest or our integrity. The harm or potential harm must be of a public nature, and reports may not pertain to personal matters or claims.
Non-exhaustive examples of violations include: industrial espionage, misuse of company data, falsification of financial reports, theft, embezzlement of company assets, mismanagement, workplace bullying, discrimination, and sexual harassment.
We have prepared the following form, which is to be used exclusively in accordance with the procedures outlined in the guidelines, which detail the reporting process and the safeguards in place to protect the whistleblower.
