Rai 1's "Linea Verde Life" meets Adriatica Oli

Linea Verde Life is a television program that explores the topic of sustainability in all its aspects.

Traveling across the entire peninsula, it tells the stories of the diverse realities of Italian cities.

Last November, a tour of the Marche region’s finest products brought Marcello Masi and Daniela Ferolla to Macerata.
The city offers a wide array of stories to tell, including ours—the story of Adriatica Oli.

“One kilogram of used oil that is not disposed of properly pollutes an area of water the size of a soccer field.”
This is how the segment of the report dedicated to the disposal of used vegetable oil begins. The company’s CEO, Giorgio Tanoni, provided insights on the topic, explaining how important it is to recycle this waste properly. In addition, Kessili de Bernardis of Collettivo Civico Verde Grottammare gave us a live demonstration of how soap is made from recycled used vegetable oil.

It was a wonderful opportunity for the Adriatica Oli team: we all firmly believe in what we do, and having the chance to share our story and our mission was a great honor. The segment aired on Saturday, January 8, at 12:30 p.m. on Rai 1.
